Nonzero Sum needs you! If you have an idea, no matter how large or small, that could improve something you see here, please get in touch. And if you're looking for an idea, you're in the right place. Here are a few ways you can contribute to Nonzero Sum.

All contributions will be gratefully received, and responded to with thanks, public recognition, and other rewards as is appropriate for the contribution!

Application

The Application project, which develops the web application for this site, could use help with the following tasks.

• Graphic/UX design. The whole site could use a punch-up with regard to style and usability.
• Templating engine / database. The templating system needs to be refined to allow for a scale up in the amount of content. This may involve adopting a different templating system.

Library

The Library project, which publishes original articles relating to sustainable software development, could use help with the following tasks.

• Write articles. If you like writing about software development, please consider contributing articles to the Library project.
• Share your questions. What are the questions, large or small, that you are trying to answer as you address software development challenges? If you share them, they'll be included in an upcoming article!

Stack

The Stack project, which provides technologists with a menu of choices from which they can quickly and confidently select sustainable solutions for their engineering challenges, could use help with the following tasks. If any of them appeal to you, please get in touch.

• Design Language code generator. Generate basic code constructs in a variety of programming languages from sources coded in the Stack Design Language.
• WASM experimentation / research. Convert more of the JavaScript code of the Nonzero Sum Application into Go/WASM and assess the performance implications of those changes.
